Gemma's birthday

This was my first attempt at painting the design straight onto the icing. I was really pleased with the result. Sadly the quality of the photos is really poor so you can't quite see the full effect.

Kerry and Geoff's Wedding Cake

Several hundred hours of industrial flower production lines, using all available friends and family to help (I even had to put down my camera) and this is the finished result... it tasted really good too!

Mary's 50th Birthday

Charlotte's Birthday Cake

Like all good cake makers, Charlotte couldn't wait to make her own birthday cake despite many offers from her friends... As you can see it was worth the effort and I guarantee it tasted as good as it looks!

More cake excitement to come after this weekend's unveiling of Auntie Mary's beautiful Me-Friendly 50th Birthday Cake... I can hardly wait to show you!

Some other cakes I have made while learning

With slightly less excellent photography....
