Mini cakes

I've been working on my mini cakes....trying to make those perfect little presents.

Cat cake

A 60th birthday cake for a friend's mother with each of her three cats depicted on the top.

The English summer may not be producing much sunshine but this lovely sunflower cake is sure to brighten up any day.

Chocolate lovers dream

This giant chocolate cup cake was made for a chocolate loving friends birthday. Rich chocolate cake with chocolate fudge icing and white chocolate curls......I can feel my jeans getting tighter as I write this ;-)

Gemma's birthday

This was my first attempt at painting the design straight onto the icing. I was really pleased with the result. Sadly the quality of the photos is really poor so you can't quite see the full effect.

Kerry and Geoff's Wedding Cake

Several hundred hours of industrial flower production lines, using all available friends and family to help (I even had to put down my camera) and this is the finished result... it tasted really good too!

Mary's 50th Birthday

Like all good cake makers, Charlotte couldn't wait to make her own birthday cake despite many offers from her friends... As you can see it was worth the effort and I guarantee it tasted as good as it looks!
