In celebration of this great event I organised an afternoon tea party......any excuse for cake! Created a gorgeous cake for the centre piece of this event

Hobbies 60th Cake

A special 60th cake for a lady with an eclectic mix of hobbies which we wanted to represent on the cake - sailing, gardening, family history, painting and the WI!

Christmas Cake

Been rather busy with work (of the less fun kind) so not many cakes made but I did manage to produce a christmas cake - although in true last minute style. Made the cake in September with all the best intentions of getting in iced beautifully and then ended up icing it at midnight a couple of days before christmas. Still looked ok and tasted yummy as always :-)

Another wedding cake

A stunning three tier stacked cake with sugar roses and ribbon to finish. The cakes here were all different flavours - fruit as the base then carrot in the middle and lemon on top. All delicious - as ever :-).
